COLORTOKENS at RSA Conference 2026
400 sq ft. This named booth is shown in our published US portfolio. Use it as a visual reference when discussing brand presentation and a technology exhibit of a comparable footprint.
We follow the process that will provide maximum benefit to our clients. Let’s delve into the process-
Start with your floor plan, footprint in feet, open sides, show manual and budget. Add the products to display, required meeting spaces, graphics, AV and any weight or power requirements. A complete brief makes scope comparisons more useful.
Compare the finished layout, materials, ownership, reuse options and included services. A rental structure can still use brand-specific graphics and furnishings; a custom build should be evaluated against your future show schedule and storage requirements.
Ask the proposal to identify transport, material handling, installation labour, electrical services and dismantling separately. Confirm which items are ordered through the organiser or venue and which are included in the builder’s scope.
Send the booth dimensions, island or inline configuration, show name, floor plan and display requirements. Request separate line items for the rental structure, graphics, furniture, shipping, installation and dismantling. Confirm whether material handling, electrical service, internet, cleaning and other show-contractor charges are included or paid separately.
Share the exhibitor manual and target move-in date at the start. Agree who submits drawings, orders services and coordinates freight delivery. Set artwork and approval dates around the organiser’s deadlines, then confirm the production and installation schedule with the booth team.
Compare the total cost over your planned US shows, including resizing, new graphics, freight, storage and refurbishment. A rental can suit changing footprints; a reusable structure may suit a repeat programme. Ask for a scope comparison based on your actual show calendar.
These examples document previous projects. They do not represent bookings for upcoming show editions.
