Plan the booth around your exhibits
World of Concrete exhibits run 19 to 21 January 2027, with education from 18 January. Plan machinery and material displays around floor loading, delivery access and the space required for demonstrations.
What information is needed for a heavy-equipment booth?
Provide equipment weights, dimensions, lifting points and delivery method. Identify any dust, noise or working demonstrations and obtain the required approvals. A display booth quotation should distinguish structure and graphics from handling, utilities and specialist labour.
What should you send for a quotation?
Send the show, booth number, footprint in feet, open sides, budget and installation deadline. Include the exhibitor manual and product specifications. Ask for rental structure, graphics, freight, material handling, electrical services and installation responsibilities to be listed separately.
