Plan the booth around your exhibits
LDI’s expo runs 6 to 8 December 2026; professional training runs 2 to 8 December. Lighting, audio and live-event technology displays need a demonstration specification before a booth design can be costed.
What belongs in an LDI demonstration brief?
List fixture weights, rigging needs, electrical loads, screen dimensions and audio requirements. Agree demonstration schedules and visitor viewing positions, and confirm venue restrictions with the organiser. Rigging and electrical services should be itemised separately.
What should you send for a quotation?
Send the show, booth number, footprint in feet, open sides, budget and installation deadline. Include the exhibitor manual and product specifications. Ask for rental structure, graphics, freight, material handling, electrical services and installation responsibilities to be listed separately.
