What artwork information does the booth designer need?

Provide artwork dimensions and weights, wall-hanging requirements, plinth sizes and any lighting or security needs. Distinguish displayed works from packing and reserve stock, and plan a clear viewing route that does not interfere with private buyer conversations.

Who handles the artwork and the booth?

Agree responsibilities for packing, artwork handling, mounting, lighting and removal before approving the display. Do not assume a booth construction quote includes specialist art handling or insurance. Share the allocated footprint, installation window and budget so the agreed scope can be itemised.
