Separate Demo Day from the indoor exhibit
Demo Day and the indoor exhibition take place at different locations. Identify which activity you are booking and which products travel to each before planning display equipment or freight.
Design for the product assortment
Plan apparel rails, accessory displays and secure sample storage around your actual range. If the brief includes simulation or swing demonstrations, confirm clearances, screens and permitted activity with the organiser.
Make buyer appointments practical
Leave space to review samples, discuss orders and record follow-up requirements. Ask the quotation to distinguish the indoor booth, demonstration equipment, installation and venue service costs.
Specify the fixtures that make your collection sellable
List how many clubs, bags, apparel samples and accessories must be visible at one time. Mark items buyers can handle, samples reserved for appointments and stock that needs secure storage. Ask the rental drawing to show rail lengths, shelf positions and staff access; a generic floor plan does not establish capacity for your assortment.
Assign equipment to the right PGA Show activity
If your team attends both Demo Day and the indoor exhibits, give every display item a destination and delivery contact. Do not assume the same simulator or product fixture can move between venues and be ready without a separate transport and setup plan. Confirm availability, supplier support and testing time before committing to shared equipment.
Check display readiness before opening
Agree a handover checklist for apparel rails, club and bag fixtures, secured stock and demonstration stations. Confirm which items the booth crew installs and which your equipment supplier connects and tests. Record the contact for any correction before the indoor exhibits open on January 27, rather than leaving a simulator or fitting station as an unspecified rental inclusion.
