Design around demonstrations and product handling
Tell us which treatments or styling demonstrations take place on the stand, how many staff will work at once and which products visitors can try. Reserve room for viewing, replenishment and waste storage without obstructing the aisle. Confirm water, hygiene, electrical and operating requirements with the organiser.
Organise retail displays and stock storage
Group products by category and make prices or product information easy to read where appropriate. Plan secure stock storage, sampling counters and any checkout equipment in the brief. Separate customer queuing from demonstrations and private buyer discussions.
Choose a footprint before choosing a rental design
A 10×10-foot booth requires different display and access decisions from a 20×20 island. Share the assigned booth number, open sides, floor plan, product dimensions and budget. Confirm the current hall and service rules instead of carrying forward a previous IBS booking.
Check Las Vegas service costs separately
Agree the structure, graphics, flooring, furniture and lighting included in the rental. Identify freight, material handling, electrical orders, internet, installation and dismantling separately. Ask who places the orders and how changes after design approval affect the schedule.
