Map the process visitors should understand, from check-in or baggage to onboard service. Identify screens, kiosks, equipment models and connectivity needed for each demonstration. Keep technical staff access clear of the visitor queue.
Give airline and airport buyers room to meet
Separate short demonstrations from scheduled project discussions. Allow space for a laptop, drawings or product samples and agree how equipment is secured between sessions. Brief the stand team on both visible displays and staff storage.
Plan for the new venue
Use the 2027 Mandalay Bay exhibitor instructions rather than the old Dallas access schedule. Send the booth footprint in feet, equipment list, graphics requirements and USD budget for an itemised build or rental proposal.
