Confirm the venue before designing the booth
CES uses multiple venues. Share your confirmed venue, hall, booth number and floor plan so the design follows the correct space, access and service requirements.
Prepare your product demonstrations
List devices, screens, sound, connectivity and power requirements. Allow for cable management, secure equipment storage and a fallback demonstration if a device or connection is unavailable.
Give launches and meetings their own space
Separate visitor demonstrations from scheduled interviews and buyer discussions. Plan camera sightlines, lighting and product security around the actual launch format.
What should you send for a booth quotation?
Send your US show and venue, booth number, footprint in feet, open sides, budget range and move-in deadline. Include the exhibitor manual, product dimensions and demo requirements so the rental specification, freight and installation responsibilities can be reviewed together.
What affects the price?
A US booth quote depends on the rental or custom structure, graphics, furniture, AV and installation scope. Ask for freight, material handling, electrical orders, venue services and dismantling responsibilities to be identified separately before comparing proposals.
