Make parts easy to identify and compare
Choose the products that should lead a buyer conversation and group related components by application. Provide dimensions and weights before shelves or mounting points are specified. Use clear labels and keep duplicate stock out of the main display. Agree how visitors can handle valuable samples without blocking the demonstration area.
Give demonstrations a defined working area
Describe the tool or equipment demonstration, the operator’s position and the space needed around it. Include power, compressed-air or other service needs in the brief where applicable. Confirm the proposed activity against the exhibitor requirements before building a demonstration station; a rental structure alone does not establish approval for operating equipment.
Price the assigned venue and delivery scope
Confirm your AAPEX venue and booth location before arranging freight. Compare proposals using the same structure, graphics, furniture and display requirements. List material handling, utility orders, freight, installation and dismantling responsibilities separately. With the show approaching, ask the team to confirm production and access feasibility before accepting a delivery schedule.
What should you send for a proposal?
Request an AAPEX booth proposal. Send your venue, booth number, footprint, product dimensions and budget. Tell us which items need working demonstrations so we can review layout, service scope and the remaining production time.
