Use the current MD&M West exhibitor requirements
Keep your existing WestPack brief, but confirm the current MD&M West booking, hall and booth number before ordering services. Share the 2027 exhibitor manual and approved footprint so drawings, freight and installation follow the correct edition.
Plan the booth around the packaging demonstration
Give each machine an ID and show its shipping size, operating footprint and weight on the equipment plan. Mark which units must be placed before booth walls or counters are built, then identify power, compressed air, operator clearance and visitor viewing positions. Confirm permitted activity with the organiser and agree the placement sequence with the appointed handling and installation teams.
Make samples and sales conversations easy to reach
Separate sample handling from machinery access. Agree counters, literature storage, screens and meeting seats against the available floor area. Use graphics to explain the packaging application and benefits without blocking sightlines to the product.
Compare the complete delivery scope
Request separate prices for design, structure, graphics, furniture, freight, material handling, installation and dismantling. Confirm power, rigging, internet and specialist equipment handling through the appointed providers. A rental illustration does not establish these inclusions.
Allow time to reset and replenish the packaging demo
Brief the consumables needed for each demonstration and where operators will store, replenish and remove samples. Include time for your equipment supplier to test the cycle after installation. Show the reset route on the booth plan so sample handling stays separate from visitor viewing and buyer discussions.
