Before requesting a design, send dimensions in feet, open sides, equipment weights and the space needed to operate or service each display. Mark visitor standing areas and staff access separately. A clear equipment plan gives the booth team a practical basis for graphics, storage and meeting space.

Choose a rental footprint around the product, not just the graphic wall
Compare a 10×10 footprint for a compact sample presentation with a 20×20 layout when equipment, demonstrations and seating must share the booth. These are planning examples, not guaranteed capacities: the machine envelope, required clearances and open sides determine what fits.
Browse our 20×20 booth designs with your floor plan beside you. Check where a visitor stops, where a demonstration takes place and how staff reach supplies. Ask for changes to the concept if those movements compete for the same space.
Plan the Atlanta demonstration and its service orders together
For a processing demonstration, record whether the display needs electricity, water, drainage, ventilation or compressed air. Those services are not automatically available or included in a booth rental. Check the current organiser and venue instructions, then name who orders each approved service and who pays. Use video or a static cutaway if a live process cannot be accommodated.
What should an Atlanta booth rental proposal separate?
Request a USD breakdown for the rented structure, graphics, display fittings, flooring, furniture and any AV. List freight and installation separately from material handling and venue services. Confirm the change-approval process and dismantling responsibilities before signing; an attractive render alone does not define the delivered scope.
