Check feasibility before committing to a late brief
Send the floor plan, equipment list, artwork status and delivery requirements together. Available production time, materials and installation access must be checked before a delivery commitment can be made.
Plan technical demonstrations and meeting space
Provide equipment dimensions and weights, utility requirements and screen content. Separate live demonstrations from confidential engineering or supplier discussions.
Use the current exhibitor service schedule
Installation and freight access can vary by assigned booth. Verify your move-in window and service-order requirements in the organiser’s exhibitor service center before booking delivery.
What should you send for a booth quotation?
Send your US show and venue, booth number, footprint in feet, open sides, budget range and move-in deadline. Include the exhibitor manual, product dimensions and demo requirements so the rental specification, freight and installation responsibilities can be reviewed together.
What affects the price?
A US booth quote depends on the rental or custom structure, graphics, furniture, AV and installation scope. Ask for freight, material handling, electrical orders, venue services and dismantling responsibilities to be identified separately before comparing proposals.
