Use the current show name and 2027 schedule
If your team has an older Process Expo brief, update it to Food Production Solutions Show 2027 before arranging freight or production. The previously listed October 2026 dates do not apply to this edition. Confirm the booked hall and booth location with the organiser.
Start with equipment and demonstration requirements
Send machine dimensions, weights, handling instructions and operating requirements before selecting a booth design. Mark equipment positions, operator access and visitor viewing areas on the floor plan. Keep demonstrations and queuing within your allocated booth space.
Separate samples, utilities and meeting space
Identify whether products will be displayed, prepared or sampled. Plan replenishment, storage and waste handling, and review any food handling and utility requirements in the current exhibitor manual. Provide meeting space where buyers can discuss production requirements without interrupting a demonstration.
Agree the booth and contractor scope
Request separate lines for booth structure, graphics, flooring, lighting, freight, installation and dismantling. Machine handling, electrical service and other show-contractor work require an agreed provider and payment responsibility. Confirm access and service-order deadlines before approving the delivery schedule.
