Packaging lines need working space as well as display space. Share machine weights, service access, compressed-air and electrical requirements before the booth footprint is agreed.
How should a packaging demonstration be planned?
Identify the operator position, visitor viewing area and safe clearance around moving equipment. Confirm utility orders and material-handling arrangements against the exhibitor manual; booth construction does not include these services unless the proposal says so.
What should you send for a quotation?
Send the show, booth number, footprint in feet, open sides, budget and installation deadline. Include the exhibitor manual and product specifications. Ask for rental structure, graphics, freight, material handling, electrical services and installation responsibilities to be listed separately.
