Confirm the event name, booth assignment and participation package directly with the organiser. Do not treat the former IFPE schedule as a booking for CONEXPO or another fluid-power event.
Prepare a US machinery-booth specification
For a confirmed exhibition, provide dimensions in feet, component weights and any hydraulic, electrical or live-demonstration requirements. Sensations Exhibits can quote the agreed rental and installation scope in USD, with transport, material handling and contractor services listed separately.
