Explain hydropower equipment at the right scale
Plan clear views of turbine components, control systems, models or screens. List equipment dimensions, weights, electrical needs and any operating demonstrations. Give technical visitors a place to review drawings or discuss a project without blocking the display.
Define the January delivery scope
Share the booth size in feet, open sides, budget and service deadlines. Confirm graphics, equipment supports, meeting furniture and storage, then separate freight, material handling and venue orders from the booth rental. January production availability must be agreed before commitment.
