Confirm whether a display space is available
Ask the organiser whether your chosen edition offers a booth, a tabletop, a sponsorship display or conference attendance only. Confirm the dimensions and included equipment before requesting a rental quotation.
Quote against the actual participation package
If a display is permitted, share the package agreement, dimensions in feet, graphics needs and product-sample storage requirements. Sensations Exhibits can then assess the suitable rental scope in USD. Food sampling permissions, shipping and venue service charges should be clarified separately.
