Plan the booth around your exhibits
AHR Expo 2027 takes place in Chicago. An HVACR booth needs clear access to equipment, controls and technical information, plus room for contractor and distributor conversations.
How should working HVACR equipment be specified?
State whether each unit is operational or a cutaway display. Share dimensions, weights, power and any water or drainage requirements. Confirm permitted demonstrations and venue services before the layout is approved; isolate technical discussions from noisy equipment.
What should you send for a quotation?
Send the show, booth number, footprint in feet, open sides, budget and installation deadline. Include the exhibitor manual and product specifications. Ask for rental structure, graphics, freight, material handling, electrical services and installation responsibilities to be listed separately.
