Build the brief around ingredients, products and buyer discussions
Tell us which ingredients, finished products, packaging and demonstration equipment you will bring. Include dimensions, storage needs and the number of staff. Mark product viewing, discussion areas and staff access on the floor plan before choosing the booth structure.
Confirm the scope of any sampling or demonstration
Describe the exact activities proposed for the booth and check the current organiser requirements. Confirm counter space, storage and any refrigeration, power or cleaning needs with the relevant providers. A booth design proposal does not establish permission to sample or distribute a product.
Compare an itemised rental and delivery proposal
Ask for the structure, graphics, furniture, freight, installation and dismantling to be listed separately. Confirm who orders and pays for material handling, electrical services and other show-contractor services. Review rented versus retained components against your future US show calendar.
Plan backwards from your assigned move-in schedule
Share the exhibitor manual, floor plan and assigned access dates with the booth team. Agree concept approval, artwork, production and freight milestones before booking. Ask the team to confirm availability and feasibility for your scope; public show dates alone do not confirm a delivery commitment.
