Job Details:

Position: Business Development Manager

Working hours – 8 hours

Working days : Monday – Friday

Location : Las Vegas, USA

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the exhibition and trade shows.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase exhibition participation, and partnerships.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, and potential partners.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to adjust strategies and stay ahead of the competition in the market
  • Develop and present proposals, contracts, and pricing structures to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Understand client requirements and deliver customized exhibition solutions that align with their business objectives.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through ongoing communication, service, and follow-up.
  • Responsible for the one point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Work closely with the operations teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.
  • Provide input on exhibition designs, layouts, and logistics to meet client requirements and expectations.
  • Understand market trends and client needs to position services effectively.
  • Work closely with the design to align client requirements with feasible, creative, and cost-effective solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Design, Architecture, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Proven track record of success in business development or sales, preferably in booth design, fabrication, or related industries.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, fabrication processes, and event management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • Experience working in the design or architecture industry.
  • Knowledge of exhibition trends and cutting-edge booth design technologies.
